We landed in Edinburgh at 9 am on Wednesday morning.  We took an affordable bus from the airport to the first B&B of the tour.  As expected, our room was not ready this early in the morning, so we dropped off our luggage and set off to explore Edinburgh on foot.  Our sightseeing priorities are attractions that will not be included as part of the tour.
